Founded in 1980 by Bert Phillips and Toby Blumenthal, the Luzerne Music Center is a summer music camp and performing arts center in the Adirondacks where Philadelphia Orchestra members perform and teach. Students have been discovering the joy of music at LMC for over 30 years.
