A 20-year old Swedish cellist with a “powerfully expressive style” (The Strad), Sebastian Bäverstam won the 2009 Concert Artists Guild International Competition and the Boston Symphony Orchestra’s Concerto Competition. He has toured as a soloist with orchestra in China, Venezuela and Brazil and has appeared multiple times on the nationally syndicated radio show From the Top.
Works by Brahms, Dubussy and Kodaly.
