The Reigakusha Gagaku Ensemble, founded and directed by Sukeyasu Shiba, performs his compositions, from brand new commissions to a reconstruction of centuries-old Dunhuang notation fragments. Stephen Pier dances his own choreography in Shotorashion. Not to be missed is a rare opportunity to hear Mr. Shiba playing Ichigyo no Fu on the ryuteki (dragon flute).

Pre-concert lecture by Mr. Shiba at 7 PM. FREE for ticket holders.
