Three young soloists from L’Orchestre International de Genève – pianist Louis Schwizgebel (First Prize, Young Concert Artists International Auditions), cellist Lionel Cottet (2010 Swiss Ambassador’s Award) and violinist François Sochard (first prize, National Conservatory of Music, Paris) – join forces to pay homage to Jean-Jacques Rousseau as musician, and other composers with close links to Geneva. This performance is presented as part of ThinkSwiss: Genève Meets New York, A Festival of Global Ideas Born in Geneva, taking place in NYC, March 6-12, 2012. www.thinkswissny.org
