Music Classes & Workshops:
NEW! Opera Workshop
Rehearse and perform scenes from a wide range of operatic works in a collaborative group setting. Students receive coaching in dramatic and musical aspects of opera performance including language, musical style, stage craft and character interpretation. The workshop culminates in an end-of-semester performance on April 27th at 8 pm.
Interested students should prepare two arias for the audition and bring a copy of the music for the accompanist. Auditions for the spring session are Tuesday, January 19th from 7:00-9:00. Please call 212 501 3360 to sign up for a specific 15 minute audition slot.
